This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by EITechs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EITechs.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Custom-built systems, refurbished devices, or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated to you.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia-wide. International shipping may be available on request and is subject to additional fees, taxes, and customs duties.

We do not ship to PO boxes for large or high-value items unless arranged in advance.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas), 2–5 business days (regional/remote areas)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipped orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Signature & Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • High-value items may require a signature on delivery for security.
  • If you choose to allow Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

7. Delays & Lost Parcels

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@eitechs.com.au
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier’s investigation and our refund policy.

8. Damaged Shipments

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee.

10. Taxes & Duties

  • Australian orders include GST where applicable.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
