Refund policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All our devices come refurbished and are tested on-site for faults and errors. All existing faults and damages will be listed alongside the specs.
You are more than welcome to inspect and test the item upon pickup and before making any payments.
We may refuse to issue a refund if:
- You change your mind;

You misused the item causing a problem; and

For any fault that you were made aware of prior to purchasing.
